The human resources department believes in accompanying the employees throughout their role in the organization, in matters of detail, welfare and personal development.
The department consists of a skilled, professional and available team, whose role, among other things, is to guide the managers and employees with regard to the labor laws, the various employment agreements and the employment options available to them.
The department’s staff works to expand and specialize in all areas of activity related to human resources, while adhering to the values of learning and excellence that the Technion institute has engraved on its banner.
Among the tasks entrusted to the human resources department, for the development and promotion of the human resource:
Promoting a culture of excellence in the organization and encouraging employees to excel at work.
Development of training programs and personal development for employees and managers.
Carrying out activities in the field of welfare and creating a pleasant and high-quality work environment.
Expansion and deepening of communication and direct contact with employees while placing emphasis on understanding their needs and improving the response to employees.
Strengthening the relationship, trust and cooperation with the employee organizations and maintaining a correct balance between the benefit of the employees and the benefit of the organization.
