MOST: China-Israel Scientific Research Program in Agricultural/Water Technology

Submission to Research Authority: by March 14, Final Submission by Research Authority: By March. 21.

Applied research projects in the fields of

1. Water technology: including a focus on seawater desalination and drinking water purification.
2. Agricultural field: including focus on food with high nutritional value and reducing food waste.

Funding: up to 380,000 NIS for Israeli side and RMB 2 million for the Chinese side, for 2 years.

Please note the following:

1. The Call for Joint Proposals was open in China from 26/10/23 to 20/12/23. Proposals submitted by the Chinese side during this period do not For Chinese researchers, additional submissionperiod is available from 7/3/24 to 21/3/24require resubmission.. Those who haven't submitted yet can do so, while those who already submitted can resubmit or edit their proposals.

Israeli research teams must ensure their proposals are submitted by the final deadline to fulfill eligibility criteria outlined in paragraph D.

2. 2. TOFES MANLAM is Mandatory prior submission to the Research Authority.
3. One can hold only one international MOST grant at any given time or/and can submit only once per funding year. Please check with us aboutthe eligibility if you intend to apply.
