As an organization which prioritizes the values of excellence and knowledge, the Technion Institute attributes great importance to promoting learning and innovation processes as a vital component in developing and strengthening human capital.

As such, the training department is formulating an annual program intended to sharpen and renew the knowledge available to employees and maintain their professionalism, by holding training sessions and workshops relating to current trends in the relevant knowledge industries.

The training program is published for all employees at the start of each calendar year, detailing the variety of courses, workshops, and lectures available to them.
