Support Service for Employees in collaboration with the “Eshhar” Company
The corona virus crisis has brought many challenges upon us.
In order to facilitate the challenges of the period insofar as possible, the Technion Institute operates a support service for employees in collaboration with the “Eshhar” Company.
As part of the service, each and every employee can meet with a social worker (through Zoom) for a focused consultation regarding issues relevant to his/her personal or family coping. Inter alia, you may consult and receive information and assistance with the following matters:
- Exhausting rights in the various welfare fields (national insurance, welfare services, health services, other government services, private services and Amutot (Associations) and Third Sector services.)
- Information about and referrals to care systems and services in the community.
- A place for focused deliberations on personal issues (coping with parents, the elderly, coping with family members’ difficulties, etc.)
- Advice for managers regarding issues relating to coping with employees’ difficulties.
The referral can be made through the Employee Relations Section at the Human Resources Department.
The service shall be rendered while maintaining full privacy and confidentiality for employees.
