As part of implementing the value of excellence that the organization implements among its employees, each year a procedure is held to choose outstanding employees.
This procedure is split into two routes: an outstanding employee per unit and an outstanding employee for the Technion.
An outstanding unit employee is chosen from each faculty, whereas the outstanding Technion employee is chosen from among all Technion Institute and Technion employees.
The outstanding employees are chosen based on criteria and are examined meticulously by a professional team.
The outstanding employees are recognized in a festive ceremony with the participation of the organization’s managers.
