A continuous funding opportunity for innovative ideas that address UK defence and security challenges. It allows participants to submit proposals at any time, outside of specific themed competitions.
Submission Categories:
- Defence Rapid Impact: Funds technology at TRL 6-7, aiming for real-world demonstration within three years. Typical funding is £100K – £250K.
Defence Rapid Impact – FY24/25 Cycle 4
- Innovation Focus Areas (IFAs): IFA042 – Unlocking the true potential of Test and Evaluation for Defence
This fund asked MOD to propose ideas that explore, and adopt new ways of thinking about, conducting and exploiting T&E.
