The AO Trauma Research Commission (AO TRC): AO Trauma Research Grants

Fracture non-union remains one of the most significant and challenging complications in orthopaedic trauma surgery.
Through its dedicated Clinical Priority Program (CPP), AO Trauma aims to advance high-impact research and improve patient outcomes in this critical field. May involve any aspect of musculoskeletal trauma, including hand, facio- maxillo-cranial, spine and veterinary trauma.
Funding:
Small research grant – ~$64K USD (50K CHF) for 1 year
Large research grant – ~$180K USD (140K CHF) per year for max 5 years (max ~$902 USD, 700K CHF, per project)
