Biocodex Microbiota Foundation: Diet-Microbiome Interactions Shaping Immune Function in the Treatment of Human Disease

Research projects focused on human gut microbiota related to health and disease. Either clinical or fundamental research proposals can be submitted.

The project should involve Microbiome analysis, Immunophenotyping and a dietary component.  The project should be primarily performed in humans and in a disease context (Studies purely on healthy subjects are excluded).  Pure observational studies should be avoided and some experimental validation is expected.

Funding: up to €200,000 over 3 years.
