Bavarian Research Alliance: Funding Programme for the Initiation of International Research Collaborations in Bavaria

Supports Bavarian state and church-affiliated universities as well as universities of applied sciences (UAS) in establishing international research collaborations and preparing joint research funding proposals.

The funding enables researchers to build new international partnerships and prepare joint third-party funding proposals. Funding is exclusively provided for meetings between Bavarian researchers and their specific partner institutions that serve the targeted initiation or deepening of joint cooperation. The programme therefore focuses on institutionally anchored research partnerships.

Funding: up to EUR 10,000 per project
