Mission:

We provide comprehensive administrative and financial services to support research activities, scientific experiments, and technical analyses carried out by Technion faculty and staff.

Our Key Responsibilities:

  • Funding Acquisition & Guidance: We identify and distribute information regarding local and international funding sources. Our team provides administrative guidance and “in-campus marketing” to connect researchers with opportunities, assisting with proposal submissions to both funding agencies and business entities.
  • Contractual & Budgetary Management: We handle the contractual administration and full lifecycle budget management for all internal and external research grants. This includes invoicing, collecting payments, preparing financial reports and facing audits.
  • Compliance & Reporting: We manage R&D information and maintain the central database of research activity. We also monitor compliance with Technion and funding agencies’ regulations and procedures, ensuring scientific and financial reports are submitted on time.
