The websites number in the hundreds and are managed by different entities. This document is attached to accessible websites or multi-site systems, so websites containing a link to this statement should be accessible, excluding personal websites of academic and research faculty members who are exempt by law from accessibility and are only obligated to accessibility upon demand.\u00a0 Around 20% of the population in Israel have disabilities of varying degrees, requiring assistance with accessibility in general and specifically for web browsing.
